This is one of the most in-demand wines in Burgundy, and with good reason. It is truly grand cru in stature: profound, complex, with supreme length. Just two barrels made in 2024.

Tasting notes

The 2024 Richebourg Grand Cru was reduced to just two barrels this vintage. It gradually unfurls on the nose with dark berries, bay leaf, iris flower and light minerally scents—quite complex and harmonious. The palate is well balanced, the oak neatly integrated (one barrel new the other used), filigree tannins with a swarthy structure and just the right amount of poise towards the finish. This shakes off the challenges of the growing season with aplomb.
