Tasting notes

From Hautes Maizières and Violettes, no whole bunch just racked to tank yesterday. 22.50% new wood. Fine crimson purple, with a pretty lifted bouquet, floral yet not light. Indeed, there is a very pleasing intensity towards the back of the palate, very prettily done. Drink from 2028-2035. Tasted: November 2023.
