There are Nuits’ classic structured, abundant, open tannins, giving the wine a broad feeling across the palate. The fruit shows great red fruit character, with a little spice and lift. It should do well with a few years in bottle.
Not too deep a crimson colour. I like the medium density yet attractive darker fruit. Sweetly seductive at the front, more tightly wound behind, still with more in reserve to give later. Just the right acidity. Drink from 2030-2037. Tasted: November 2023.
