Their most important holding, they have a full hectare of just 9-10 hectares total. It’s one of Gevrey’s premiers crus that’s a grand cru in all but name. Nice nose, dark fruit and wildness, but with that cool-tipped energy, too. Lovely energy and finesse, with the cool fruit yet richness of the vineyard, and lovely silkiness on the finish.
