The Grivots’ Pruliers is a wonderful example of how Nuits from the south side of the village can clearly show its origins, without being rustic. Cool with amazing depth and mineral and so pure, and rich dark fruit, and such intensity and hints of spice. Tannins are so fine and beautiful judged, with energy and balance. So elegant - but the finish is still Nuits. Bravo.
