“Bousselots” means “little bumps”, but this premier cru’s clay-rich soils make for a rounded and approachable Nuits-Saint-Georges. Pure, cool red fruits, with a crystalline - almost transparent - quality, and lacy acidity. Wonderful depth of flavour here: a superb Nuits-Saint-Georges.
