The Grivots’ Pruliers is a wonderful example of how Nuits from the south side of the village can clearly show its origins, without being rustic. It’s cool and concentrated, with “wow” intensity and freshness. Lovely purity, and the volume grows. It’s harvested late and has that richness, but is precise and driven, with a fantastic texture. Possibly the best ever Pruliers.
