Made from very old vine Gamay from the communes of Flagey and Vosne, Etienne seems just as excited about this cuvée, which harks back to his grandfather, as he does about his Grands Crus. It’s pure and very serious, with impressive freshness and minerality. Gamay, but not as you know it.
