Morey’s eponymous Grand Cru offers up a nose of fleshy strawberries with hints of violets and roses. The palate is fine, delicate and elegant with wonderful persistence of flavour. With fine grained tannins and a hint of spice on the finish there is a wonderful sense of equilibrium, with all components pulling together.
