The lofty site of Champs Perdrix, which the name implies was once home to partridges, overlooks La Grand Rue and La Tâche and boasts 90 year old vines. Always the last parcel to be picked because of its coolness, the 2014 shows an exuberance to the fruit, alongside a supple, pretty nose with a silky core and very fine tannins.
