It may be a function of their Biodynamic vine-growing, but Rossignol-Trapet’s Gevrey always seems to have a delicious purity of fruit and freshness, making it a more elegant style of Gevrey than elsewhere. This vintage follows the pattern with raspberry liqueur on the mid-palate, perfectly balanced by tight, fruit-coated tannins and excellent length.
