From a vineyard bordering the feted Grand Cru Bonnes Mares, a wine of great complexity. The nose has red fruit, some cinnamon spice and a slightly savoury edge. The palate continues in a similar vain, with Christmas cake spices perambulating alongside the rich core of red fruit.
