This 1er Cru site is owned in its entirety by Domaine Chanson and they are justifiably very proud of the wines it produces. Fragrant on the nose, with wild strawberry fruit melding with soft blossom notes. The palate is well-structured, with quite firm tannins framing pretty red berries and complex notes of woodsmoke and leather. A highly attractive Côte de Beaune.
