On the nose this is open and expressive with beguiling aromas of acacia and jasmine bringing lift and complexity to the cherry fruit. Endowed with laser-like precision and an excellent, delicately firmtannic structure, this is an excellent example of this terroir, which is renowned for producing slightly more delicate and elegant wines than elsewhere in Gevrey.
