One of only two growers in this small vineyard, the domaine is the only producer to bottle its production from this sloping enclave separately - a clue to the site’s previous life as a quarry or ‘carrière’. More masculine in style than Les Combottes, this has a darkness of fruit-character and a textured concentration that will no doubt age extremely well.
