Considering the situation of this vineyard, right next to Les Malconsorts in Vosne, it is perhaps not very surprising that Les Boudots has developed a reputation for sensual, fragrant wines within the Nuits-St-Georges style. This is certainly more perfumed and lifted than the Murgers, and its medium weight and fresh red fruit edge do make this a very pretty Nuits.
