2012 Corton Grand Cru Clos du Roi, Chandon de Briailles
A three barrel production this vintage, using 60% whole clusters, this cuvée is really intense on the nose. The firmyet fine tannins provide a backbone for the concentrated blackberry and loganberry fruit and the palate has a floral rim. This is purity itself.
