A total of three and a half barrels have been created for 2012 - Jacques told us he had bought a special barrel that was the equivalent of a barrel and a half, as this is better for ageing the wine.At this stage the wine was very appealing, fresh juicy summer fruits, liquorice and then cinnamon spice coming through on the finish.A wonderfully structured wine with precision and grace.
