2011 Clos de Vougeot Grand Cru, Domaine Arnoux-Lachaux
With 0.5 hectares perfectly placed towards the top of this Grand Cru on the border with Echézeaux this is one of the finest Clos de Vougeots produced. With middle Eastern spices, pot pourri and redcurrant fruit on the nose, the palate has great depth and enormous potential with incredibly fine tannins and great persistence.
