2011 Santenay Clos des Hâtes, Hubert Lamy
An early harvest, picking commenced on the 26th August with the fruit having reached optimal ripeness. With lower sugar levels and fresher acidity the resulting wines display great precision and clarity of fruit. Redcurrants and raspberries are supported by fine grained tannins and a hint of spice on the finish. Delicious!
