A masterpiece of a monopole, 7 separate parcels within the cru have been identified and each is fermented separately in order to achieve the perfect expression of terroir. The nose of dark cherry fruit with an earthy note is typically muscular and brooding, the palate of earthy black cherries with notes of mocha and dark chocolate is densely structured – this is a proper Nuits.
