Darkly fragrant on the nose, with morello cherry and smoky notes. The palate is ripe and pure in nature, with rounded black fruit and silky, elegant yet quite structural tannins. A very serious wine for a “simple” Bourgogne Rouge, this finishes with a precise mineral note. Excellent.
