This is the oldest parcel in the domaine; the vines being more than 100 years old. It’s in the Cruot part of Echézeaux, where the soil is particularly stony. Its bite and precision make for a great counterbalance to its naturally, intense, concentrated spicy fruit. A serious wine indeed. Drink from 2016
