Nicolas Potel has poured a great deal of time and energy into making this Domaine and negociant one of the best in the region, purchasing many parcels of old vines and renovating and modernising the property’s cellars. He has endeavoured to create a domaine that has a minimal impact on the environment and is hoping to be certified as biodynamic in the near future. Plenty of ripe, but grippy, tannins provide a great structure to balance the deep dark berry flavours on the palate. The texture is juicy and the finish softly rounded. This wine really displays lovely fruit quality and consumate winemaking.
