This is a fantastically located vineyard next to the excellent 1er Cru of Boudots. Denser than the Vosne, with a stony Nuits character. Spicy cherries on the nose, with firm, abundant tannins, liquorice and minerally black fruit on the palate. Stylish and firm with real presence, a keeper with an oaky finish.
