2008 Pommard 1er Cru Les Pézerolles, Domaine de Montille
Not de-stemmed at all for the 2008 vintage as Etienne searched for even more complexity from the ripe stems. Developing nose of very ripe strawberry fruit, with spicy notes and a good weight. This has a creamy texture and is very persistant. This is a very good vineyard in extremely capable hands!
