2006 Vosne-Romanée 1er Cru Malconsorts, Domaine Hubert de Montille
From a recently acquired parcel within this illustrious vineyard neighbouring Grand Cru La Tâche. Lifted and fragrant, the palate shows glorious expression and is remarkably pure too. There is an effortless nature to this wine, with its silky, finely tuned tannins. A wine of serious proportion and great precision this is long in fruit and mineral persistence.
