2005 Corton-Bressandes Grand Cru, Chandon de Briailles
The Domaine owns four parcels of Bressandes, a total of 1.7 hectares. This is seductive and beautifully fresh Corton. The nose is of wild strawberries and sous-bois. Layered flavours are pure and display sweetness of ripe fruit over a glossy texture. Lovely intensity of fruit with a whisper of oak that broadens and adds a sensuous feel. Natural and immensely moreish.
