Deep ruby appearance. Scents are of dark fruits with spicy oak whilst the palate is bold and generous. Flavours are an amalgam of classic Pinot 'sous-bois' coupled with spices, gamey notes and summer pudding fruits.
Well-structured with mid-palate volume, there is time ahead for this Beaune, although it is drinking well now. We recommend decanting an hour or so before consumption.
