The Rahoul 2018 Blanc has a subtle nose of peach blossoms, lemongrass, pear tart and honeydew melon with wafts of honeysuckle and wet pebbles. Medium-bodied, elegantly played and refreshing in the mouth, is has a zippy line of freshness and mineral-tinged finish.
This wine majors more on stone fruits than citrus. It's a definite gourmet style although still with a punch of freshness running through the core. Good, enjoyable stuff from Dourthe.
This is mostly semillon and it shows wonderful, silky and dried-fruit character, such as lemon zest. Medium-to full-bodied. Fresh and bright finish.
