Second Growth 'golden nectar' producer, Doisy-Védrines lies in the northern part of Sauternes, in Barsac. A slightly savoury nose with moreish notes of apricot and pear on the palate. What really stands out is the beautiful freshness which balances the sweetness superbly. A very classy offering.
