A blend of 90% Sauvignon Blanc and 10% Semillon which is reflected on the nose with intense aromas of apple, pear and citrus. The palate is tight and linear but also fulsome with a touch of extract/grapefruit pith to give some textural interest. The concentration and vibrant balance is there albeit tightly wound at this young stage and a wine which shows fine promise.
