A blend of 44% Semillon and 56% Sauvignon Blanc. One hesitates to wax lyrical about a wine for which Lay & Wheeler receives just a handful of cases from what is a tiny overall production. The Haut-Brion team deserve praise, however for achieving a masterpiece to add to virtually every vintage of this great wine in living memory. We will allocate as fairly as possible giving priority to customers purchasing other cuvées from the Haut-Brion and La Mission family of wines.
