The 2023 Chante Alouette is dark and vibrant right out of the gate. Floral top notes and bright acids lift a core of dark red/purplish fruit. Silky, polished tannins wrap it all together. This is very nicely rendered.
Ripe-blackberry, spice and chocolate aromas and flavors. Medium-bodied with fine tannins. Juicy and succulent. A little tight at the end.
