Tasted April 2023. 14.4% abv. 100% Merlot. Ripe blackberry and damson fruit, with sunny, juicy style, not overly ripe, with some brighter red fruit too. Very supple, integrated tannins. Acidity is moderate but provides a refreshing finish. A very impressive showing for one of our favourite bargain St Emilion Grand Crus.
