The 2019 Turon La Croix is a delicious Bordeaux, that performs well above its price point. That's no surprise: it was made by Jean-Claude Berrouet, who made Château Pétrus for more than 40 years. In 2019 it is particularly good, with a beautiful lift to the ripe red and black fruit. There are gentle spicy flavours and a refreshing, bright finish. This is an absolute steal.
