Tasting notes

The 2018 Moulinet is soft, fruity and easygoing, with good depth and texture. Dark cherry, leather, spice and dried flowers add nuance throughout. I would prefer to drink the 2018 sooner rather than later, as it is a bit forward. The 2018 includes a touch of whole clusters, added to give the wine more aromatic nuance and freshness.
