From the top of the hill, this is floral and lifted with beautifully fine tannins. Excellenty judged, this is classic claret at its best.

TASTING NOTES

The 2017 Fourcas-Dupré has a light red cherry and cranberry scented bouquet with touches of vanilla and tobacco. The palate is medium-bodied with light tannin and feels pleasantly fresh in the mouth. There is nothing overly complex here, but it deserves applause for the harmony on the finish. It will constitute and early-drinking Listrac.
