This is really expressive with dark fruit, liquorice and lovely fine tannins. There's good energy on the palate, saline touches and nice length round a core of bramble fruit.

Dark smudgy crimson. Pretty cassis aroma, with the graphite of Cabernet Franc and a touch of elderberry. Mouth-watering freshness, really fruity and rounded. Not fleshy; tight and balanced. Alive and persistent but not a great amount of depth.
Very solid center palate of fruit and firm, silky tannins. Linear and bright with a focused and pretty finish. Full-bodied, tight and precise. Very clear and bright.
