It’s a wine of real poise and sophistication, with wild flowers and berries on the nose, and a structured, silky, impeccably balanced palate. The finish is mineral-tinged, and goes on for a remarkable amount of time. Produced in tiny quantities, it’s a wine you should secure, while you have the chance.
