The 2015 Domaine de Cambes is an elegant, floral, pure wine. This has wonderful fruit definition, that is so expressive it seems almost sweet. Don't let this put you off, however. It is in no way overblown, but rather perfectly balanced. For a wine classed only as generic Bordeaux, it is outstanding.
