A beautiful, aromatic nose that is both floral and has a slightly savoury note adding complexity. The palate is explosive with fresh fruit: François points to the slow maturation of the grapes as the reason that this is so ripe, intense but also so fresh. This has such a charming character: pretty, elegant but with an awful lot of stuffing. Outstanding, and fully deserving of its (97-99) points from Neal Martin.
