A little shy on the nose at the moment, with a bit of coaxing comes a truly Cabernet Sauvignon nose. This is bold and powerful without being overbearing, with juicy, flavoursome fruit on the palate and a mineral texture adding complexity. The finish is somehow simultaneously perfumed and powerful, completing a very impressive picture.
