Another oustanding Canon from the team here, recent acquisitions have provided depth and concentration whilst the limestone soils have brought freshness and tension. There is a mineral almost salty edge to the vanilla-coated blackberry fruit. Since 2011 Canon has been a great property to buy en-primeur, and this should age effortlessly.
