One of the largest properties in Bordeaux, Lagrange occupies 117 hectares in St-Julien and is owned by Japanese drinks company Suntory, which has put huge investment into the Château, making huge advances in quality over the last decade. Open and appealing on the nose, redolent with ripe black fruits and spice. The palate is more restrained, but has an immediate burst of freshness and shows delicious purity to the fruit.Classic St-Julien, this is a truly charming wine.
