With similarly low yields and fastidious attention to detail among the vines and in the cellar, the nose of cassis and coffee is focussed and pure. A dense and mouthfilling palate of plums, blackcurrant and a subtle hint of creamy toasty oak all backed by an appealing freshness and overall sense of balance.
