A very elegant and refined wine. Vibrant, dark berries with lovely violet and graphite freshness on the nose. This is a particularly mineral wine with notes of pepper, slate and spice in the background. Excellent balance displaying a supple, silky texture and tannins – though not without a degree of firmness.
