2009 Château Cos-Labory, Cru Classé St-Estèphe

One of the smaller Cru Classé properties, Cos Labory has been in the same family for over 100 years and makes reliably good quality wines at modest prices. Very perfumed with a noticeably sweet fruit character. Cabernet Franc has thrived this year and the relatively high proportion in this wine is showing to good effect. Excellent value.
