The 73 hectares of this leading 2ème Cru Classé estate lie on deep gravel beds next to those of Château Latour and whose wines certainly rank among the best in Pauillac.

With a higher proportion of Merlot than in the first wine, Les Tourelles de Longueville expresses sumptuous, perfumed cassis fruit and sweet spice. Dense and brooding; on the palate, dusky plum characters are to the fore with attractive tannins, cedar undertones and a subtle creamy vanilla finish.
