There is a terrific freshness and purity to this vintage, as well as wonderfully ripe blackcurrant fruit. A linear style, with plenty of racy, fine tannins courtesy of an elevated, impeccable Cabernet component. Again, another classically proportioned style with impressive length – surely one of the finest vintages for d’Armailhac.
